Description

A fine, gluten-free thickener that’s gentler on the stomach than cornflour — great for sauces, soups and baking. Sold loose from our refill counter.

Sold loose by weight from our refill counter: pop into the shop with your own container (or borrow one of ours) and pay only for what you need, with zero packaging waste. Ordering online? No problem — we’ll pop it straight into a paper bag for you, so it still arrives plastic-free.
