We want you to be happy with everything you buy from us. This policy explains when and how you can return items bought from Zero Green Bristol (Zero Green SW Ltd), in our shop or online. It does not affect your statutory rights.

Loose and refill foods

Because our loose foods are weighed and packed to order and are perishable, we cannot accept returns of loose foods (including refill pantry items, herbs and spices, and frozen or chilled products), unless they are damaged, faulty, not as described, or not what you ordered.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If anything arrives damaged, is faulty, is not as described, or is not what you ordered, please get in touch as soon as possible, ideally with a photo and your order number. We will put it right with a replacement or a full refund, including any delivery costs. We may ask you to send the item back, and if so we will cover the return postage.

Changed your mind? (non-food items)

If you bought a non-food item online, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Just let us know, then return the item within 14 days of telling us.

• Items must be unused and in their original condition, with any packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of toiletries, cosmetics or menstrual products once opened or unsealed, unless they are faulty.
• You will need to pay the cost of returning the item, unless it is damaged, faulty or incorrect.

If you bought a non-food item in our shop and have changed your mind, bring it back unused with your receipt within 14 days and we will be happy to exchange it or refund you.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we will refund you within 14 days, to your original payment method. For online orders cancelled within 14 days, we also refund the standard delivery cost you paid.
