This is module 2 of the Functional Nutritional Cookery Workshop course by Melanie from Cook Your Life.

Our focus this time will be on legumes, using those to create a 4 course menu with dessert and wine.

This cooking technique tutorial will give you the confidence to get creative in the kitchen in only one day with simple techniques and easy-to-follow recipes! You will gain a firm understanding of cooking methods that allow you to customise your meals to suit your needs whether you eat predominantly plant-based diet or not.

them. Adding grains to your diet will add diversity and deliciousness to your food.

PAST EVENT! Fermentation Workshop: Kimchi and Sauerkraut

The first fermentation workshop comes to Zero Green with the help of Sam Dobbie. In this class we will be making Sauerkraut and Kimchi and you’ll be able to take what you make home with you at the end of the evening. We will give you all the necessary info and tips to care for your creations at home, as well as talking about why fermented vegetables and drinks are so good for you. 

This workshop is suitable for all, whether you’re a frequent fermenter or an absolute beginner. Fermenting is fun and easy so come and learn how to get started! No waste guaranteed :)
