We will always aim to refund the amount of the product or replace it in your next order and are happy to resolve any issues with you. We will not refund purchases of food where you have changed your mind or purchased the incorrect item.

Please let us know within 48 hours of completing your order if you have received a damaged product or incorrect item.

If you purchased a faulty item with us, you have the right for a refund. If the item is faulty and you have proof of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of purchase. You can still return a faulty item after the 30 days period, up to 6 months, but in this case you will be entitled for a replacement and not a refund. After the first six months, the burden of proof switches to you to prove the fault you've found was present at the time you purchased the goods. We do not accept returns for non-faulty items.


What is a faulty item?

  • The goods should be fit for the purpose they are supplied for, as well as any specific purpose you made known to the us before you agreed to buy the goods.

  • The goods supplied must match any description given to you, or any models or samples shown to you at the time of purchase.

Change of mind

If you purchased a product and changed your mind and wish to return the item, we can only give you full refund if the below criteria is met:

  • You have proof of purchase

  • You are returning the item within 7 days of purchase

  • Only reusables and hygiene products coming in packaging, unused and unopened can be refunded in full

Refunds are paid back to the card you used to complete your purchase online within 5-10 business days.

  • Please remember that refunds for change of mind aren't accepted for food items due to health & safety reasons

 

Exchanges on deliveries/collections

  • As we sell bulk food and most of our items are not conventionally packaged it is often hard for us to offer you an exchange on an item. Please contact us and we will let you know if there is anything we are able to do to assist you in your request.

  • You will be responsible for the cost of freight when sending back the goods you wish to exchange.
